The Caputo Cup GF
Best gluten free pizza I've eaten. It has been years since I had a thick crust pizza and this was phenomenal! Service was also excellent. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Vegas.

LG Pepperoni Pie
The pizza was delicious! I am a fan when the pepperonis curve/cup a bit and they did just that on this pizza. Plenty of cheese on it, right amount of sauce and the crust had a nice crunch to it, but wasn't too hard. So good, would eat here again for sure when we're in Vegas. We also had the garlic cheese bread- perfect combo for a nice meal!

I can't believe this pizza was GF!! Delicious! We were there for 4 days and We came to Flour & Barley not Once but twice for this pizza. If you're craving a thick, buttery, crunchy crust you've came to the right place!!
Unprepared Gluten Free Dough
Ate in the restaurant and the gluten free crust was one of the best I've had, behind my own (ha)....my daughter was able to indulge. The brussel sprouts appetizer was recommended for us while dining in and it was a good pick! Doused in maple syrup, perfectly crisp bacon and a beautiful sunny side up egg to compliment the dish (plenty for a few people to enjoy). Ordered the dough to go, pricey but not insane considering we are always penalized for eating consciously anyway...calling the manager tomorrow to get instructions on how to cook this pizza dough (they were not included in our bag) and tell them to open another location in Summerlin :)
LG Pepperoni Pie
Probably the best slice of pizza I've ever had. Crust is perfect
Garlic Bread
This was the most amazing Garlic Cheese Bread I've ever eaten! The top of the bread had the lightest crunchiness with mozzarella cheese melted perfectly. The inside was soft as a pillow but the most delicious consistency in every bite!
